Default Kel-tec p-11

Before i got my g23, i had a kel-tec p-11. its great for pocket carry, and is pretty reliable. Keep it clean and it will perform.

I'm with Cane when it comes to a pocket pistol I prefer a revolver. I chose the S&W 642, the Ruger was a good choice as well. It came down to what one I found first.

Thank you for the info and the great pics! I certainly would rather go to the 9mm. I haven't got anything smaller than the Glock 27. So I really do not have that much of a feel of how much smaller and compact the ones mentioned are but it is obvious smaller than my 27. I appreciate the info and certainly will accept additional recommendations, but guess I need go put some hands on one of the ones mentioned to see which one feels and seems the best for me.

+1 for Kahr, buddy has one and they are nice. The PPS is basically same size as your 27 but thinner

Thank you all for your valued advise and the great pics. I am not all that fired up on the 380 cal. But ordered a new KAHR P-380 today due to it's size. But with the new ammunition available and if I unfortunately ever have to use it there will be more than one round flying at the target. Mentally it will be three rounds. You will do as you train! They say they are also fairly accurate and I am proficient with a pistol as with the rifle. Just been doing it for a long time! So I do feel comfortable it will do the job. I carry a 40 Cal. Model 27 Glock when I can hide it easy in the cooler months but wanted a pocket pistol for summer and warmer weather. Something to throw in a pants pocket. I should get it on July 6th as well as a pocket holster and grip extension. I will keep you posted.

Thanks Again!

This is what I carry when I am in a hurry and do not feel like putting on my holster.

Taurus Model 85, I am currently waiting for my S&W Bodyguard to come in so I can give this to my wife.

I really like the small compact pistols. The only thing I do not like is the grip, the grips are so small in my hand that they only come to my middle finger. I like a revolver more just because of the grip.

Small concealed weapon I opted for two.
S&W 457 and Ruger LCP 380. Love it!
