I just bought the SR9c and absolutely love it. Paid just under 400 out the door. Very accurate and dependable. Was the gun of the year in 2010 I believe. Also check out the regular Sr9. Great reviews and worth the little extra cash over the P95.

I believe the SR9and SR9c are good guns. But they are striker fired guns. The P95 is a hammer fired gun.

Decockers are as old as auto pistols. The Mauser C96 one of the first and very popular auto and select fire pistols had decockers over 100 years ago. The Walther P-38 of WWII had this function. When S&W introduced the Mdl. 39 first modern DA 9MM semi auto Pistol to Anerican gun owners. They, S&W copied the Walther P 38 and yes kept the decocker.
