It's one year old but not in good condition. The gun was stolen from my house last may. I just recently got it back and fired it. So it could be the mag?? Should I not shoot with that mag anymore.

Does it do it with other mags or just that one?

Could it be damaging my gun if I keep shooting with it?

It won't damage the gun. Without having tried a different mag I can't guarantee that the mag is the problem.

I had a similar problem on mine a while ago and it was the mag. I found a new one on line, but can't remember where. I've seen them at gun shows though as well.
