Ruger LCP

I just purchased this tiny 380 and like it a lot; strictly as backup. My only gripe is that the magazine/frame fit is a bit sloppy. Is this typical? Thanks.

Those things are wittle!! I saw a big guy at the gun shop that had one in a holster owb. He lifted up his shirt to show me and I accidentally snickered. :p

No, I've only seen them from afar. :)

The magazine in my Kel Tec P32, which is pretty much the same thing as the Ruger, does wiggle side to side a little, but I have to make it move, it doesn't just flop around loosely.

My LCP mag is a bit loose in the frame. I wouldn't call it "sloppy" but it is looser then most other guns.

The LCP is a great little gun. I really like mine.

I really do like it. I was shooting it yesterday; amazingly accurate, at short range of course.

All that matters is that you like, no matter what any of the other opinions are. It YOURS. Enjoy it! :)

Is it loose empty and fully loaded?

Most magazines fit loose/sloppy empty.

Just go out and shoot it!

Enjoy your new Elsie Pea.

Oh, did you get the new raspberry model?

Heh, what'd your daughter say when you showed her, Cane?

I just purchased an LCP yesterday at a gun show. My magazine is slightly loose when loaded or unloaded. In fact, it was because of Googling the problem that I found this forum.

Does shooting it for a while help things to "seat" better?
