Default Refininshing Question

A new member with a question. I have an old Remington Model #6 childs falling block 22 that I am redoing. I have all the parts except for the pins that go through the receiver. Would someone know of something that could be used for these pins that is not necessarily gun related? Thanks for any help!

Default Refinishing

Yes I did order a couple of parts for this rifle from Numrich, but they are sold out of the pins that I need. Thanks though, for the info.
