Usually( I have heard) issues with Stock AO 1911's have been magazine retention, or some ammo FTF or FTE.....these are fixable problems...

I had a new trade offer for a Metro arms American Classic Amigo 1911. I don't know anything about them I think it will come with 500 rounds of .45 but I'm not sure yet I haven't got the detail figured out yet what do you think. imageuploadedbyfirearms-talk1390851415.905487.jpgimageuploadedbyfirearms-talk1390851533.001905.jpgimageuploadedbyfirearms-talk1390851549.897600.jpg

I picked the metro arms 1911 today and let me tell you what the pics don't do it justice it is in pristine condition and I got 500 rounds of .45acp with it. Ended up just trading the trading the stoger cougar and $150 cash for it. I will post some better pics later.

Default Possible trade. Need you opinion

I'm going to be writing up and reviewing their 9MM 1911 Commander..I'm interested in your thoughts as to how well it runs for you and with what Ammo. You got the 45ACP version I guess? I know the Amigo is "officer" length...
I was at the Eagle Imports Booth(the three of us in Fact..and we had the chance to handle just about every Gun they had there.(Eagle Is the US importer for Bersa, Metro, SPS, and Comanche, and listed vendor here...)

I Like the Holster BTW!!..

Cool! We usually open up any fresh out of the box Gun or start a test with 200-250 Rounds.

I shot the rest of the ammo I got with it up it was just over 500 rounds. I hade 7 malfunctions total and they were all ammo related 4 of the rounds had a Ftf because the case neck was flared out and would not chamber in it or my buddies kimber the other three were duds the primers were struck good they just didn't go off. This gun has had the spring replaced when it was bought before the previous owner even shot it so I'm guess that helps a lot. I know that this gun has only had 700 rounds through it I can't say for sure what happened with the first 200 rounds but it works great for me. imageuploadedbyfirearms-talk1391720087.145854.jpgimageuploadedbyfirearms-talk1391720153.909355.jpg
