I have painted the front ramp on 2 of my revolvers with neon orange nail polish. Really works well and holds up to cleaning products. If you go this route, make sure to use 1 coat of white then your color of choice on top of that.

Just purchased a glow paint from Glow Nation. It was recommended by a friend so I thought I would try it. You have to clean the sights well, dab a little of the glo paint of your choice from this company, let it dry, and then put a little clear fingernail polish over it. As of yet I do not know how long it will last but even if I have to use it every time I go to the range that will be good enough. Gun is a Bersa Thunder 22 and I cannot seem to find any night sights for it.
