I picked it up today. I field stripped and cleaned it , changed out the recoil spring for a 16.5 lb. Wolff spring and changed out the firing pin spring for a new Wolff spring as well.

I picked up some Fiocchi 95gr. FMJ and will hit the range with it this weekend. Pics and range report to follow.

RMT, thanks for the link.

No problem. I should have also posted my link to my CZ-82 review.

Keep us posted on how it shoots for you.

Thanks for the review. That's pretty much how I see it too, except being in Kalifornia I paid much more.

9X18 is almost identical to .380 auto as far as ballistics. If someone can say .380 is good, they could not deny 9X18 as being just as good.People say that .380 is as low as you should go for SD-so you also are at the starting point for SD with 9X18 with the exeption that the 9X18 is just a hair better than the .380 acp.The .380 makes 203 ft lbs as where the 9X18 makes 233 ft lbs.Very close.

My intention with the CZ is essentially to have something small and handy to tote around the house. I have a 1911 for serious stuff.
