With my new SR22, I'm having a problem with shooting a magazine, and having the slide blowback but a round still being left in the magazine. Do any of you know what this is?

As I've shot more and more the ought the gun, it's happened less and less. I've shot about 500 rounds through it and its gone from happening every magazine to happening every 5 magazines
I'm not sure if its some sort of break in, but it's weird.
One round left in the magzine???
