Next to my side of the bed, a .45 Glock 30 ready to go, another bedroom a Mossberg Persuader ready to go, the kitchen a S&W 37 ready to go, and the computer room a Kel-Tec P3at. My AR-is up in Michigan protecting my away from home bedroom

airweight 38 snub with +p's when I'm traveling, a .40 px4 at home, and a Rowland 460 on a Kimber Custom 2 frame for those beautiful nights under the stars.

The M&P 45 is my pillow gun.

A Remington 870 is also near by.

All the good stuff stays in the safe.

I have my S&W M&P.40 with a Streamlight on it in a safe next to my bed that I unlock and open every night. I usually walk around my house carrying my Ruger LCR.

I keep a CZ52 with a magazine in it and a spare one next to it along with my mini mag lite, on a shelf high enough above my bed so my kids cannot reach it. In my closet on the shelf is a loaded youth sized semi-auto 20 gauge that my wife will grab along with our two kids as i clear the house.

I keep going back to my S&W 686 for a nightstand gun. It's only a back up for the 12 gauge, though.

My night (stand) gun is my carry gun.

It allows me to fight my way to the shotty.

Get her dirty, then clean her so she starts to respect you. When her trust is complete, she will serve you well for a lifetime!
