Default next purchase also for cc

So I might be a few months away from my next purchase. Just depends on bills and other important things. But I plan on getting a ccl and have been thinking what I might like to use as my cc weapon. Below is a few options. I haven't gotten to the LGS to hold any yet but I like what I have read about the Beretta px4 compact. I'd like some other suggestions as well. Going with 9mm. price range is about $350 to $600 not sure if the Springfield fits into that. Also looking at something different then striker fired as I already have a M&P full size.

Beretta PX4 compact $520 15rd
L:6.8" H:5.1" W:1.42" BL:3.2" sa/da

Beretta cougar

Springfield Armory 9mm XD-S

S&W M&P Compact $569 DAO
L:6.7" H:4.3" W:1.2" BL:3.5 12rd

Remington R51 $420 internal SA
L:6.6" H:4.6" W:1" BL:3.4" 7rd

Look into the ruger SR9c.. I have one at my parents house in florida and it's my first ccw of mine. Once I got it with the de santis holster in the right spot it was like i didn't have anything on at all.. Was able to squat to the floor and even run in it and it never bothered me.. Shot 150 rds first though it and 149 hit the med sized human paper target at about 15 yards. ( the one flyer was all my fault) lol.. I got mine for 420 at lgs in fl. But I did see them at a gun show down there for 379-399.. It Also comes with a speed loader to help your thumbs out and a 10 and 17rd mag!

90+% of your options in that price range can be really good guns. And yes, the XDs can be found within your budget.

The Beretta PX4 is a perfectly good gun. I would never consider one due to the thickness of the frame. Just personal tastes. If I had big hands, I'd probably feel very different. Within your budget, I would trust many options from S&W, Springfield, CZ, FN, Walther, Beretta, Glock, Ruger, Sig, Kahr, among others. This is an issue of personal fit and needs (and I can't comment on your preferences with any credibility). I shouldn't be telling you what fits you. But above is an extensive list of viable options.

My advice is that you handle as many as possible. Find one that feels right, and then research that model for any potential sticking points.

They're not as sexy as the single stack semi-autos, but you might want to fondle a couple of the snubbie revolvers.

Anything you think will be comfortable with. Nothing wrong with a revolver if that's your thing. If you can afford to and the GF is willing, get 2, one to be primarily yours, and one for her that you will also shoot and train her on. The Wife and I try and do that when we can financially,..
We like doing "His & Hers" deals,...

Both of us don't like revolvers lol. She has her heart set on a bad ass looking Semi-auto and she also doesn't care if its a conceal size yet. But this is a little OT.

What does Sig offer in a compact size that I should look at I here a ton of good things about them.

Got to hold a few different ones. I really liked the Beretta. And the Sig 250. Might be wrong on Sig model number.
