The grip is set up for right hand. You operate the bolt with the left hand while holding the gun in the right hand.

THAT is the bolt setup they SHOULD have used for the Remington XP 100!

I have a savages striker in 308the with a s&w scope. Ill post pics when I get home. I have dropped 13 deer over the pasted 6 years with it. It to usa left handed bolt.
