DefaultNew @ this

Well good afternoon. I have a question i hope someone will give me some know ledge on. I have a S&W 29-2 44 Mag just like new. I put it up fo trade on a site. I have gotten many ideals. But the guns are some i never heard of. And some I have.
Sig 225 228/229/239 P220
Tarus 92AFS
Colt 1911 Officer issue
Couple of S&W
Spring field V10
Now what would be a fair trade?

Welcome to the FTF. Please hit the intro area and introduce yourself to the family please.
On a fair trade, what are you looking for? Do you mean of comparable value?
If so, check out some of the auction sites and look at reserve prices. These will give you an approximate value of each.
Good Luck.

Scroll up on this page and you will see "Home", click on it.
As you slowly scroll down, you will see the section "Introductions"
Post a new thread.

On the fair trade and what you are looking for:
I would consider the Colt Officer model, but it has a stout "felt recoil". A good 9mm can be a viable candidate.
Good Luck

Couple of S&W - Depends what they are

Spring field V10 - Should be a good trade depending on exact configuration
Put some comments in your list. I trade a lot (no laughing here fellas) so I have a tad of experience in this area...

What's the finish and barrel length of your 29-2?

Does it have the target hammer, trigger and grips?

How deep is the turn line on the cylinder?

A photo would help.

All the above will make a big difference in what the trade value should be.

Looks like a 629 unless it's nickel.

Nice looking Smith.

The only one in the trade list I would immediately rule out would be the Taurus.

The Springfield V10 caught my eye first. But that's because it's on my want list.
