Oh and I don't like the fact that the rappers and thugs like them. I'll just go put my fireproof suit on now.

Im going to also bite and be the first, except instead of Glocks im going to say a 1911. I havent shot one that I have liked yet. Its not comfortable for me to hold, an I probably couldnt hit the broad side of a barn with one. Got one of those fireproof suits for me?

Glocks
Three reasons:
1-Their CS is total crap- they are in demand, and treat individual
customers like garbage, and a waste of time, even on a retail level.
2-The whole "Glock Leg " thing- I CC all my range pistols, and an
emergency room visit, simply because some manufacturer screwed up
it's entire safety paradigm, just isn't in the cards for me.
3-You guessed it-butt-ugly- I mean uglier than my butt ugly.
TCs- all of them, I don't care.
Taurus- Kinda like that LeeAnn Womack song- "I'll think of a reason later!"
Noisy crickets in general...

One thing that's fascinating about handguns in particular is how subjective the feel is. It's crazy to hear how some guys love a brand and shoot them very well and other guys claim they couldn't hit the broad side of a barn with em.
Me? I loved the look and feel of the Ruger SR9c, but when I shot it my groups were all over the place. Same goes for the S&M Bodyguard and Ruger LC9. I hate those triggers. Grabbed 3 different Glocks and my groups are spot on. I wanted to hate Glocks, but couldn't deny my accuracy with them. Just goes to show you how individual shooting a weapon is. Had my bro at the range the other day. Looking for his first gun. I set out 3 different guns, loaded each with 5 rounds and let him at it. His groupings were tightest with the M&p9 the first through the 5th go around.

I remember the first, and last, revolver I ever fired.
A Colt Police .38 Special. Very accurate, beautifully made, flawless
function. But the recoil was too much for me.
I've used auto-loaders ever since.

To many to list. Some due to failures some due to just not liking the way they feel in my hand.
