Cabelas calls it a reel case...and that is not going to contain a lock...bit I would guess is pad lock ready...still a great solution bc it is customizable and inexpensive!

Yes it has holes so you can put a lock through it,, now if someone takes it its going to be easy to snap the lock off of it , but if your just traveling with it and need it locked yes its lockable

Awesome thanks a lot just ordered one. It'll be perfect for the range too. I believe most states just require guns to be unloaded and in a locked case. So it should be perfect
