Default Model 36 date?

Does anybody have a Standard Catalogue of Smith & Wesson, who would be willing to look up a manufacture period for a Model 36-10 J401XXX?. Is it possible to find out what design changes occurred with the-10's? I just bought this one from Top Guns Inc, in GA.

Shooter, according to your info, this is not a Model 36-10. The young lad I talked to about buying this piece told me it was a 10, but I knew that had to be wrong because the barrel is pinned. Your reference shows that a 10 is a much later model change. Thank you again.
