a buddy of mine has one and loves it...It is super accurate and has a very manageable recoil. he also has some 30 rd mags, thing is the ammo is, about 25 bucks for a box of 50...so it is a little on the pricey side. but yeah super fun to shoot.
Seriously. Every Tuesday is happy day for me. My wife hates the show but she is an anti. Wish she wasn't but she is. The guns they get to fire on the show is a once in a lifetime opportunity. Very jealous.
I took a serious look at them. 30% less recoil then 9mm and I've seen videos of average Joes who hit tgts out to 100 yds w relative ease. Very flat shooting. Only negatives were the price of the gun & ammo.
Watched a guy on YouTube who reloaded and he said it was user friendly but I have no first hand information. The military rounds are not available to civilians at this time. The 5.7 beat HKs round in a NATO test but HK contested and it became a CF and got political.
My impressions was fun to shoot when it worked right. Horrible ergonomics. Felt like a toy. Fairly accurate low recoil low muzzle flip poor trigger.
I noticed if the magazine wasnt seated just right it would go click on a live round. The trigger prevents it from being a fast shooter. Its very mushy and glocklike.
If the round was used in a better designed gun it would be viable. What holds it back is the shoddy engineering.
Sincethe bullets that make it a superb defense pistol arent available on the civvy market its just a novelty toy like the taurus judgeor sw governor
