NO! She can send it UPS or Fedex to a receiving FFL on your end-
BUT many of the mentioned officies will require OVERNIGHTING- Its not illeagal but its their policy-
If there iss a FFL near her best for them to mail it to your FFL-
Dont get me started on BATF laws & shipping companys policy

UNLESS your in a state that allows interstate shipping (like Texas) but the shipping methods hold true on MODERN handguns-

I know people who have done it in the past, but I would not recommend it!

Why would you even mention that?

So, you say you know felons?

Have your grandmother send it fedex express 2 day to Quantico Tactical in Junction City.
You will have to pay a transfer fee to get it from QT.

My bet is on a gun shop or a gunsmith.

i'm with mulie, gun shop, gunsmith or even a pawnshop. not to say that a person running a home FFL business is any less trustworthy, but in this instance, better to deal with a person in a real business.

Don't you think you should say "Hi" to Grandma? What are you saving your vacation time for?
