Man Taurus seems to like that gold fire control thing. They make a PT92 that way too. Have you seen the 38 super shoot? I'm tempted to get one but I thin I'd lean to an all stainless to match the 45 I have. And I'm not much for rails on 1911's at all.

True Story: I was in Indy in late 2000 and early 2001, I was actually IN INDY when Dale Earnhardt hit that wall. That place SHUT DOWN when that happened.
There is a gun shop in the 'hood section of town, I believe it's called Don's Guns, and that was the VERY first place that I had EVER seen a Gold Plated .50 Cal Desert Eagle. It was priced at something like $5500 and when I asked if they thought it would sell, I was told "Oh Yeah, these are REAL popular".
