I like Kel-Tec guns, and in fact I carry a P-11. This gun has had thousands of rounds threw it, and sadly I don't clean it often. Never a jam.

I used to have a SU16ca in 5.56x45. Once again, thousands of rounds and not a jam in sight. It was accurate too.

Kel-Tec guns are good for the MSRP that is set for them. They are ahead of the game often with their products.
Example: P3AT- pocket .380
PF9- small 9mm
SU16 series- light weight carbine that uses AR mags, with AK
reliability.
PMR30- proof that there is a BIG market for a semi-auto, high
cap, double stack .22mag handgun.

I've had a P3AT for about 5 yrs. carry it often in summer. Probably only put a few hundred rds through it because it's not a " range gun" but I have never had a single malfunction (knocking on wood now).

I was looking at one of the carbines for a "truck gun." Friends' opinions at LGS were, for the money, just buy an AR already! They had a point.

So I had a take-down .22 Mag pump cut down to carbine length and hollowed out the stock a little...

For most of the firearms I have seen they seem like a steal but again didn't know much about them
