My father just got this gun and he would like some honest feedback.

A little late for opinions now that he's bought it. Hope it shoots well and he likes it.

I'm not familiar with it. The only kel Tec I have experience with is the sub 2000.

I bought this kel tec 9 about 3 yrs ago.shoots great,never misfired.I love it.

mine shoots well but it is hard on the hand grip needs to be redesigned imho

I have had three. They are good guns. I had to replace the mag springs with Wolff to feed 147 grain Ranger Ts.

I carry mine when I need to throw a gun ion my pocket.

Lighter pistol so recoil is stout because of it. OK DA type trigger.Go to KTOG and read up on lube and do the fluff and buff. Add a couple pieces of bike inner tube to the grip to help hold on to it. Now bang away. It is a light weight defence pistol not a range gun. Take turns getting rounds down range while proffing the pistol. If you have problems ,change ammo, still problems , change shooters. KT is one of the best CS to deal with also with any issues your dad might have.
