Just got five seven yesterday
Hey,I got a FN Five-Seven Pistol few hours ago,haven't tried it, but I know it would be awesome trying it.

It has a 5.7x28mm cartridge,and it's 5.7mm long.

5.7mm is the caliber the length of the case is OMG 28mm Go figure.
Look in metric caliber names 99.999999999999999999% of the time (Saying that because I know somewhere out there is a 99x9.8mm or some such crap) it is caliber first then length of the case.
5.56x45mm Caliber 5.56 case length 45mm
7.62x51mm Caliber 7.62 case length 51mm
7.62x53mm Caliber 7.62 case length 53mm
9.3x72Rmm Caliber 9.3 case length 72mm R= Rimmed.

Congrats.
I've thought about picking one of those handguns kinda. I've already got an AR-57 and I have a blast when I shoot it.
