Default Intratec tec-dc9

I was at my dealer today and he had two used Tec-dc9 pistols from 1994 nib unfired. Guy had bought them just before the ban and put them on ice with a few other guns.

Just wondering if anyone knows much about these.. Its the pre ban dc9 Which from what i have read was altered to be cali compliant but still has the threaded barrel and came with a nib barrel extension.

I paid $400 bucks which didn't seem to bad for unfired and NIB, seems a lot better quality than the newer knock offs that are out now.

For what they are they're a decent gun. I think $400 is a pretty good price, I've usually seen them go for any where between 6 and 8 hundred.

They jam. They jam a lot. I would not pay $400.00 for a tec-9.

i have also heard that they have issues with jamming as well, but my friend has one and the many times we went and shot it i have never had any issues with it. He always keeps its clean and oiled and I would say we have ran at least 500 rounds with no issues.
