There has been a sighting!! I saw the SR45 yesterday at a local gun store!! $449 they had the rest of the SR Family on sale for 419 except the 45 lol sounds like this guy is a auto dude!! If so I agree with the SR45! Others wise it would be the SP. 101, roughly the same price!! I'm a RUGAR Freak!!

Stainless although I prefer blued guns. The 100 is a tank and I caary mine in the woods on hikes. Plus the Ruger blueing is OK but not real pretty.

Mahall - I've seen the SR45 and I like it, but I am going to wait to see if they offer the compact model SR45c.

Yes I heard something about the c version!! I don't know how much smaller they can make a 45 and keep the capacity the same!! My guess would be that they well knock the mag. Capacity down to 8 vs 10!!
