Default I traded my 45 GAP for a 10mm... Good or bad?

What's your opinion on this?

I hated the insane amount of time I spent searching for someone who carries 45 GAP ammo...

I called a few stores, they said the 10mm is entirely easier to get ahold of...

So I traded my Model 38 for a Model 20.


I've yet to hit the range with it, yet.

I think you definitely upgraded and are better off. I REALLY see the gap dying off. The 10mm is BAD, had 2 of them and still mourn letting go of the Delta Elite. Just be ready for the snappy recoil. The 10mm preceded the .40s&w as you know, and is more powerful-even powerful enough to hunt deer at close range. Congrats!

The Glock 10mm is an inherently unsafe design. As the official recall point of contact the pitol must be returned to me for proper disposal.

JK. The only Glock I would even consider owning.

.45 GAP was a bad idea. 10mm is pretty common and generally a well accepted round.

why didnt you just trade for a .45 acp. i loved mine never had a single issue with my 30

Thank you for the reassurance.

I gave the GAP the chance it deserved but it is honestly rediculous trying to locate ammo in a store.

I'd rather shoot and enjoy myself then have to search for a week to find two boxes of ammo.
Then only be able to shoot 100 rounds until said store actually orders, ships and then receives more.

I like to shoot atleast once or twice a week if possible.

I think I'll hit the range tomorrow and see how she blows.


And about trading the gap for an acp...
I would have, but I never recieved an offer.


And as for the 'tupperware'... This freakin' tupperware glock box is GAY.
I miss my double latchin' cushioned one
