How many calibers do you own?
Whenever I consider a new gun one of the main points I consider is the caliber, not because I like certain calibers but more because I'm already invested in certain calibers.
How diverse is your collection? I am trying to keep mine to a minimum.
Edit: How many calibers do you OWN not how many can your guns shoot. Owning a Medusa doesn't mean you have 25 calibers if you only stock .357's
.22, .40, .45, .223, .308, 30-06, 12 gauge.

9mm, 3030, 7.62x39, and a 12 gauge. Id like my next to be a .308 or a 30-O6. Which do you prefer?

For hunting I would choose 30-06 because of the choice, for target shooting I would go .308 for cheaper rounds.

.22 .357 .40 .45 7.62x54r 12ga Calibers I'm most comfortable with. I try to tailor my next purchases around these calibers and keep my ammo demands reasonable...price, availability etc.

.22 LR, .380 acp, 9 mm, .38/.357, 40 S&W, .45 acp, 7.62x39 & several .45 muzzleloaders.
I will probably eventually get a .44 mag of some sort as well as a 12 gauge.
