What would be best for insurance companies incase of fire or theft?
I use Google drive with that document also saved to a thumb drive. I keep the thumb drive in a fire safe inside my fire safe. I also have pictures of each firearm on the thumb drive.

Before I lost all my guns in a boating accident, I kept my serial numbers in an excel spreadsheet. Very easy and effective. good luck

Before I lost my guns to an freak accident at the proctologist....the government placed the serial number on our weapons registration card. Yep, we register our guns to the socialist regime of germany.

Did you have one or two hands on your shoulder? You know there is something wrong when you have two hands on your shoulder at the proctologist.

Thanks for the reminder. I am way overdue for documenting and updating my collection. And having multiple copies stashed in safe places.
