Get her dirty, then clean her so she starts to respect you. When her trust is complete, she will serve you well for a lifetime!

The Luger has been (badly) nickel plated, destroying any collector value. It is strictly a shooter now.

The first is a 1918 Erfurt Luger:

All the serial numbers match, but I don't think either of the two magazines are original. In any case, one doesn't even have a serial. I also have a holster for it, but I don't think that is original either (and it's missing the adjustment tool)

Next up is a Colt .32 Detective Special:

Last is a Colt "Calibre 25" (I think it's a M1908 hammerless .25):

Any help would be much appreciated! I can only post 4 pictures at a time, but can provide more upon request...
Once you determine the percentage grade of each pistol, you can then start to figure out their value.

The luger should bring at least $1500 from the look of the pics...maybe more...could go as high as $3000 deoending on how well it does at auction.

Can you guys not tell the Luger has been nickel plated? Lugers were only made in blued steel. The gun is a $300 shooter now.
This guy is running around thinking he has a $2000 gun because of misinformation.
