I've been looking for a porcelain Glock 7 for years, but it has proven to be elusive... Apparently they cost quite a bit (more than you make in a month), so it would be tough to justify the expense anyway

Yeah, Dirty Harry got me hot to buy a S&W Model 29. But after shooting the .44Mag I went with their .357, the Model 19. Blue and 6.5" barrel, it was almost a dead ringer and made more sense to me. I almost got the 27 instead but liked how the 19 handled.

Also countless movies pushed me toward the lever action rifle, Luger and Colt 1911.

Never been sorry I bought a gun I loved!

I don't honestly know. I always just assumed it was a 12 gauge.

Indiana Jones is not aiming one of those "British Boat anchors". He has the S&W .38-44 HD circa 1930-1961. This was the most powerful handgun of the day. The S&W .38-44 Heavy Duty was developed for law enforcement to shoot through automobiles.
Note the light shining through the empty chambers.

What about here? Is that not a Webley? It looks break top.image-2468141750.jpg

"By 1938, Jones carried a commercially-available British Webley "WG" Army Model .455 caliber revolver during his trip to find his missing father and recover the Holy Grail. (Note: While some written accounts indicate the model to be a Webley Mark VI, recent research and DVD screen captures prove that the 'screen used' pistol was the "WG" Army.)"

You are correct that he did use a S&W, I stand corrected.

"His weapon of choice was a large Smith and Wesson Revolver ('N' frame type) with a shortened barrel[1]. In Raiders of the Lost Ark Jones packs a .45 caliber S&W M1917, for the trip to Peru, which he ends up surrendering to Belloq; then in Cairo he uses a S&W 'Hand Ejector, Second Model' (also referred to as the 'Hand Ejector 2' or 'HE2') to dispatch the menacing Arab Swordsman."
