You said: (paraphrasing) From what I've heard, Georgia licenses are
not recognized ....... Don't you know the facts?
He never said he was a lawyer. There's no need to be disrespectful
to other members and your post sounded pretty hostile to me.

Not at all impressed Dr. Phil. Is that piece of paper supposed to mean
something? Not in Georgia. Sorry I upset you.

trex, I wasn't trying to be hostile. SC residents can get a non resident
Florida license and legally carry in Georgia. South Carolina has totally
blocked Georgia residents from carrying there. I guess I am a little
touchy on this topic. Sorry.

NRA Certified Insts. are well trained to help gun owners go thru the political jungle. This NRA Inst. did not ask for anything. He was being a professional and a Gentilmen. He he did not write the law. Your thanks for his help would have reflected well on your rearing.

I'm sorry but the NRA has tried on more than one occasion to interfere
with pro gun legislation in Georgia, merely to monopolize training and
force more government control over our 2A protected God given right
to bear arms. I will not apologize for defending that right.

What part of "shall not be infringed" does anyone not understand?
My dad taught me. I taught my kids and now my kids are teaching
their kids. That's called LIFE.

NRA certified does not restrict me to only teaching in SC. thank you.

Im trying to prove a point you totally tried to trash my name an credibility when i simply answered a question that you asked.

There is no need to treat people this way.

You could just do yourself a favor. Place your firearm in a latchable compartment in your vehicle being glove box center console as long as it latches does not need to lock and pass right through our beautiful state. Then you wont have to be so worked up over nothing.

Every post you have made in reguards to this has shown your bias opinion and lack of respect for your fellow American.

Not just anyone should be licensed to carry a firearm. I feel safer knowing that the people in my state have the training they have in order to carry.

I myself have paid my dues and refuse to be talked to as if i were nobody.

I'm not trying to be confrontational as to Phil's character. I'm sure
he is a great instructor, BUT, if anyone takes on the responsibility
of carrying a weapon, he/she should know the laws of any State
they choose to carry in. The word of an instructor, LE friend or
anyone else who is advising you, will NOT keep you out of jail
if you don't personally know the State statutes and act accordingly.

As to Phil's comment to just pass on thru SC, I have absolutely no
need nor desire to enter SC. It's just many Georgians do need to
visit SC, and many have expressed my feelings on this subject.

If I have upset anyone about my 2A rights, please be assured it
was totally intentional.
