Default Which Handgun should I get next?

Here's what I have already:
Rem R1 1911 45ACP
(x2) Beretta 92FS 9mm
LCR 357 Magnum
LCP 380 AUTO

Here's what I'm thinking about next:
Beretta PX4 Storm Sub-compact 9mm
Another Beretta 92FS, but specifically an M9 9mm
LC9 9mm
Ruger SR1911 45ACP
Para GI Expert 1911 45ACP
Ruger MKIII 22LR
Chiappa 1911 style 22LR

Other suggestions?
I want to stick with calibers I already have though (22LR, 380 Auto, 9mm, 357 Magnum and 45 ACP)

Which Handgun should I get next?

CZ 75. I like the SP-01 but they have different variants depending on your needs/wants.

A Ruger GP100. You seem to like Ruger, already have an LCR357, and the big-boy version would be the perfect compliment.

Don't listen to Poink. Buying a CZ-75 will quickly become a 2 or 3 gun purchase...because it'll compel you to upgrade those Beretta 92s.

Seriously though- I can't say a bad word about the prospects you've listed.

I agree, every shooter should have a .22 for a fun plinking gun. That would be my suggestion.

I don't own either of the guns, but from what I've seen, the Remington R1911 and the Para GI Expert aren't so different that they would fill two needs. The Ruger SR1911 — of the 1911s on your list — strikes me as a purchase that would make a more rounded collection.

The Ruger Mark III is a great idea. There's nothing like a .22 to make for a lot of inexpensive fun at the range.

If I'm not mistaken, the Chiappa .22 is the 1911 clone that's only 80% or 85% of the size of a full 1911. I don't mean a short barrel, I mean the whole thing is smaller. If you have smaller hands, that could be a plus. If you are looking for a .22 that feels like a full-size 1911, I'd suggest a GSG 1911, though it isn't on your list.

Happy shopping, and let us know what you get...preferably by posting a range report!

Out of your choices I say LC9 just because that the only one of them that I own and I love it!! The LCP is probably gonna be my next gun. For a big gun I would think hipower or for a little gun I want a 22lr revolver.

I'd go for the Ruger MKIII. Gotta have a .22 pistol!

Drop the Chiappa 1911, they're junk compared to the GSG 1911-22.

Before you make the decision take a look at the GSG 1911-22.

GSG 1911 22LR $332.00 SHIPS FREE

Many of us here have this pistol and to a person, it is the best 1911 format rimfire you can get!

It's the pistol of choice for me when I teach a new shooter our sport.

I appreciate everyone's input. I'm going to a gunshow third week of Sept and plan on another firearm purchase. It'll be my 7th firearm this year including shotguns and rifles too where I've more than doubled the size of my collection this year. My justification for buying so many firearms this year is the economy. As a commodity, Gold & Silver are overvalued, IMO, but could still go a lot higher, yet could also crash very big like it's done before once things finally stabalize. However, guns in good condition will hold their value no matter what inflation or the economy does.

I've adjusted my handgun list and rank ordered based on what y'all said so far:
1) Ruger SR1911 45ACP (#1 because I'll have to pounce if I actually see one and the 100 year anniversary is still a draw)
2) Ruger MKIII 22LR (I think you guys are right that my collection's biggest hole is a target pistol)
3) Beretta PX4 Storm Sub-compact 9mm (this one has been calling to me all year)
4) Another Beretta 92FS/M9 9mm (I don't think I'll switch to the CZ-75 because I would prefer staying the same as the US military for my main 9s)
5) GSG 1911-22LR (thanks for the advise vs the Chiappa and I may get this one in lieu of the Ruger to be my 22LR plinker)
6) Ruger GP100 (another 357 seems like a good idea)
7) LC9 9mm (the LCP is my main carry pistol now because it's smallest and lightest, but this one seems like it could possibly displace it)
8) Para GI Expert 1911 45ACP (I want one of these, but will probably hold out until I get the Ruger SR1911 first)

I think talking it over on the forum helps make better decisions. Thanks!
