Default Guns I'd like to own...and you?

As with most hobbies, including necessary hobbies, many of us get caught up in "the gear". Whether its photography, bicycling, motorcycles, or what, we all have a list of stuff we'd like to have. I shot M-16's, M-79 Grenade launcher, and M-14's in the army, but not lately. While I started carrying a handgun for personal and family protection nearly seven years ago, I can't help but have a list of guns I'd just like to own, even though I would rarely get to shoot them, especially the Barrett. My list in no particular order:

  • A 1911, preferably a Colt
  • Beretta 92 FS
  • Kel-Tec PMR-30
  • Desert Eagle 6-inch in .44 Magnum
  • Bushmaster AR-15, fully "accessorized"
  • Russian (not Chinese) AK47
  • Barrett 82A1 in .416 caliber

Yeah, a BMW would cost less, but what fun when the guys come over, eh?

Guns? What guns? Oh, I haven't seen those since I left my garage door open one night by mistake.

Terrible thread; if I try to list everything, I may end up with carpal tunnel.

So, for now I have my eyes on a SA 1911 GI. Yea, it is pretty basic, but it will be my first 1911. Working on saving for it now.

By the way, this thread is probably only going to make me want more....

Yeah, what he said!

But - my list is:
1. Traditional 1911 - .45 acp - Colt. Don't know why, it's just a reqt.
2. Browning Hi-Power 9mm (this is a trophy gun).
3. Para Carry/PDA 9mm (high end) OR CZ RAMI 9mm OR Colt New Agent 3" 9mm (carry with kill and sex)
4. FN 5-7 (if you don't know this one, don't bother asking)
5. Sig 229 - Just Because.
6. And a Snubbie .38 special.

These are in no particular order. Also, my answers may be different by the weekend. So if anyone has any of these lying around and they need to get rid of them, let me know.....

And oh by the way, I get to keep my FNP and
GP100, right????

Springfield EMP 9mm
Browning Hi-Power 9mm
Les Baer 1911 .45
Springfield Loaded 1911 .45
Pair of polished long slide .45 (just because)
Smith & Wesson Model 3 revolver
Clone of S&W Model 3 that I wouldn't fee guilty shooting.
Browning Citori O/U shotgun 12ga
M1 Garand
Springfield M1-A1
AR-15 carbine (haven't figured out which one yet)
S&W Model 29 6"

That's probably enough for right now.
