It was a sad day when the boat went down.
It a AMT AutoMag long slide in 22mag. Fun to shoot and possibly one of the only AMT pistols that has ever gone up in value

What's your opinion on the new grip on your Glock RTF?

It's funny you ask. I had posted over in the glock forum asking ???s about it. I decided to go and check one out, and when the guy behind the counter put it in my hand, I knew I had to have it. The grip is certanly different, personally I think it is much stickier. I like it a lot, and don't have to buy the decal grips to get the same effect. The side serations are a huge improvement as well. They are better designed than they look. There is actually a little lip on each of them, and they really bite when you grab them. I have only had the Glock 2 days, but so far I am more than pleased. I have owned 3 other Glocks in the past, but this new design is a good one, in my opinion. I decided to buy another Glock because my Kimber was starting to show some wear after 5 years of daily carry, and I don't need to be hauling around a $900 gun while pig hunting, when a $500 gun will do. Besides the Glock is a 15+1 where my Kimber is only an 8+1. I love my 1911, but I sure like this Glock almost as much. They both have ther place.

It's good to hear that the changes are not just for looks.
