That or Cane has made one of the longest shots in history with a handgun.

It was just a few years ago that all one could hear when there was talk about handguns was , "Glock, Glock, Glock". I have noticed that there isn't a lot of talk about Glocks now. What has happened? Is the honeymoon with Glocks over?

NOTE: To anyone looking for a Concealed Carry Weapon, - You want a 9mm CCW with follow-up capability superior to all? (Gun weight is your friend....GO STEEL!)
- You want a 9mm CCW you can carry in Condition 1? (That heartbeat needed to chamber a round may be your last!)
- You want a 9mm CCW you can trust your life to?
- You want a CCW with longevity/reliability/respect that is only exceeded by the storied 1911?
- You want a CCW with with John Moses Browning genes? (The man that understood and designed with ergonomics before they coined the term!)
Then look no further than the Browning Hi-Power.
"However its a decent reliable gun if you dont mind the square grip and mag safety and low for a 9mm capacity." O RLY?
Jon, you think the BHP has a square grip?
Hiding the "self-pointing" 1911.
The "feels natural in my hand" 1911 hiding the "square grip" BHP.
They look very similar. I wonder why?
** clears throat ** - John Browning - ** clears throat **
"However its a decent reliable gun if you dont mind the square grip and mag safety and low for a 9mm capacity." What mag safety? Fortunately it is simple to remove.
"However its a decent reliable gun if you dont mind the square grip and mag safety and low for a 9mm capacity."
15+1=16 How many do you need Jon?

Not for me pal. I spent about 10 years blindly hating Glocks mainly because I thought they were ugly and I was into cool looking guns (1911's, large revolvers & etc), then I hit 30 and my vanity turned to versatility and reliability. Getting my cwp helped in my taste change I suppose. That was about 3 yrs ago, when I got a G19 and put a guiderod laser in it along with a really good light (and LH holsters for ccw with and without light) and lots of range time. Last week I got a G23 with nite sites, 6 mags and because of identical dementions it fits both of my IWB holsters. Next, probably a .357sig barrel for my G23. One day I'll get over Glock enough to spend money on other guns but til then I'm trickin' out these bad boys all I can. I do own a couple of Taurus's and I sometimes cheat on my Glocks with them (just not that often).
