I keep seeing all these Mobil One Posts. When I am done testing Fluid Film against the other two products, I might have to do a head to head in the salt water buckets between these two and see how they fair.

For my money, with what I have seen with my own two eyes, nothing is beating Fluid Film for protection against rust, corrosion and salt water.

Hmmmmm..... *pondering*

So JD. You're doing these corrosion resistance tests, are you incorporating lubricity as well?

Negative. I am doing corrosion resistance currently. 4 knives in 4 different buckets of high density salt water coated with 3 different "protective" products and one neutral.

So far Fluid Film is kicking the other two's asses' hands effing down. The stuff is like Superman.

Now, for a future test, I could get a metal on metal product and coat them with Fluid Film and Mobile One and submerge them in the same style of salt water and see what happens.

'Cause I am an attention whore that way.
