I cam across a RECK derringer 22cal ser#5598 , nickel, white grips.
When I took the grips off, on the right grip inside is inscribed,
Dick Cheney,, City Hall,, Wash.
Can any body possibly give me some insight into this.
Is it possible, that it belonged to the VP at one time?
