So here is the deal. I have a 2nd generation Glock 19 and a 2nd generation Glock 23.

I also have a 3rd generation Glock 32 in .357 sig.

My question is can I take the frame from my Glock 32 and swap it with either my Glock 19 or 23?

I really have no use for the .357 sig cartridge but do like the updated frame.

So can I swap them out and will it function the same?

Same frame.

The ejector is not the same from 9mm to .40/.357, but I've fired thousands of rds through mix and match ejectors and never had a malfunction.

My primary G17 has a .40 ejector in it (got it used) and has never malf'd.
My G23 has a G19 top end, as well. Never malf'd.
