FMJ 9mm OK to shoot?

I just bought a box of FMJ shells to practice with. That is all Wal Mart had in stock. Is it OK to shoot in my new XDm 9mm?

Yes. You should be fine. FMJ stands for full metal jacket - and there is nothing wrong with shooting them from your pistol, provided they are the right caliber.

Perfectly. Give us a range report on that fine firearm!

XD's are a great gun...the 9mm will shoot any kind of 9mm,just go and load it up and let us know how she shoots!

Yes. Blazer or Whitebox get used in aour guns when we can get it. XD is a fine weapon and a good choice. Good luck with that.

Just make sure you use hollow points for your self protection load. 9mm FMJ is good only for range ammo.
