When used with half moon clips, can a .357 revolver shoot 9mm, as they are very similar in diameter?
Ruger makes a blackhawk convertible in 357/38/9mm, it has an extra cylinder for 9mm, it's high on my want list.

i'm going to open a can of worms here....why not?

i don't think anyone needs to own 5 handguns. in fact, if i could have only 2 guns period...i likely wouldn't have a handgun.

handguns are good for carry and conceal...that makes them special...but in the scheme of things..that is all they've got.

i love handguns. love to own and shoot them. but unless you CC (or rob banks), not much function that they have that a rifle or shotgun won't do much better.

they fit a niche....they're small (and cool ), but that's it.

just my thought. i could be wrong. i'd like to hear your opinions...don't be mean please....lmao

I have the K frame .357 well covered, and I also have a 1911. I'm lacking on the .22 and the .44 mag. I do have a couple .40 S&W, though. Do they count?

I am giving serious thought to a S&W 4" .22, but I can't make up my mind about whether I want a .22 or a .22 WMR. I want to keep the same geometry as the Mod 19s and my 66 so practice will be similar. As far as the .44 mag goes I had one once. I wasn't that impressed.

~Any full-size .45. Preferably a 1911, Glock 21, FN, etc.
~A good-sized 9mm. Browning Hi-Power, Glock 17/18, Makarov, etc.
~A K-frame .357/.38. (My favorite)
~A good .22 semi-auto. Walther, Ruger, Beretta, etc.
~A .44 or .500 revolver. Go big or go home!
