Even knowing full well that the Cobra .380 ($100.00 gun) I have is complete trash, I still have this desire to take it out and try to make it more reliable. Am I the only one that thinks this way? I haven't actually done that because common sense is telling me not to waste ammo on this gun.

That's what I've done with a couple of mine.
But, you gold plate a turd and it's still a turd.
They work better, but not the best.
