Desert Eagle Problem

I have a deagle that I just got and when I try to fire it, my safety keeps kicking back on and won't stay into place, any idea what could be wrong with it?

If the gun is new,you should let the company fix it under warranty. It sounds like either the detent or spring is broke/missing/defective.

Don't agrivate yourself, send it back to manufacturer, Do not try to fix yourself as it may void warranty.
