Default CZ 75 B stainless

Purchased a CZ 75 B stainless this week. My first handgun. Any tips or advice appreciated.

Read the users manual.
Clean it per the users manual.
Use the proper ammo that is suggested in the users manual.

Practice like you are trying to wear it out.

(and maybe later, post a range report)

Don't be upset about the mag not dropping free; it is supposed to be that way.

I love my CZ75b.

Probably couldn't get a better gun for what it is for what you did. Congratulations.
Advice? Always keep the gun pointed in a safe direction as well as keep it unloaded and your finger off the trigger until you are ready to shoot.

You can change that by removing or bending the metal band that stops your mags from dropping. Easily done and much appreciated. I never cared for the mags not dropping free.
