Default Colt peacemaker

I have a chance to buy a Colt Peacemaker in realy good shape with both cylinders. I have no idea what its worth. He wants 350.00.

He also have a German Luger, P-O8 byf 42 made in 1941 or 42 for the German military. All the numbers match and the gun is in great shape. 850.00 for that one. Good prices??
I could post pics if anyone out there knows anything about the Luger?

I would be very cautious with the Colt Peacemaker, because they usually demand a high sum of money. Either who ever is selling it doesn't know what they're selling, it's not truely a Colt, or the firearm is defective in some way. Can you show some pictures of the Colt?

Regarding the Luger that sounds like a fairly good price, but pictures would help also .

I have known this man for 25 yrs. He just wants to sell all his guns and don't care what the price is now. He told me that he knows what he paid for them and just wants to make a little.
I will post pics today.

That makes more sense now. I'll be able to make a better judgement once you put up some pictures, but for now I would say it's a superb deal. I would be speechless if I could get a Colt Peacemaker for that price .

And you haven't sealed the deal yet?

If you don't want the Luger, I'll take it!
