Living in Utah, They seem to be every where, I have handled one or two, But I have yet to shoot one, So I cannot comment on that, I do think they have a fairly decent fit and finish, You can complain with the price, I just don't know how they would hold up, So to speak.
Best of luck

Cobra bought Davis. Davis manufactured pot metal junk. Most of Davis' designs remain the same, now just a differentmanufacturer's mark.

I had a Davis .380 explode on me.

Don't waste your money on a cobra. They are junk! If you want an inexpensive reliable gun try the Bersa, they are very good little guns, I have 2 for years now with no complaints at all
