Why not the dishwasher?

Crest Ultrasonics currently known as "The Lab".

Been cleaning with one since Christmas of 2005 and I haven't looked back.

Cleaned, probably, 100 plus guns and knives and never had a problem. Got a friend of the SWMBO who is a King County Sheriff, and I have cleaned his ENTIRE Issue Glock (frame, slide, parts and all) on multiple occasions without incident.

If I could put one in every FTF Supporting Member home, I would totally do it!

Ooooh fancy Mine is a bit more humble:

http://www.harborfreight.com/25-liter-ultrasonic-cleaner-95563.html

It does the job fine though.

I find it bears an uncanny resemblance to another more expensive version:

As for the other products when guns don't require submersion, Hoppe's #9 w/ synthetic motor oil w/ grease as applicable. CLP once in a while depending on needs.

Would that work for the chamber on an AR? Not the entire upper, just the chamber.

I am the dishwasher. I don't think I'd like it going in, or out for that matter.
