I noticed Hoppes changed the odor too and don't like it. Guess I will have to find a new brand of cologne...err...uh...I mean bore solvent.

I breakdown my Glock, put the parts in a lingerie wash bag, and toss it in the wash with the rest of my laundry. Tide works well. Make sure you use a machine with a vertical agitator. I used one of the horizontal tumblers once and the bag broke. The parts went all over and it made a quite a racket. If I’m going to the carwash, I’ll just tie the bag to the roof rack.
