Now let me give you a choice. There's a hot tub party Friday night. You are given a choice of the following:

1. You can attend with Jessica Alba

or

2. You can attend with Janet Reno, Hillary Clinton, Ruth Bader Ginsberg, Nancy Pelosi, and Michelle Obama.

Which option do you choose? Me? I'll go with quality over quantity every day.
I fixed it for you Doc!

I could defend my home with any of those choices. I would grab which ever happens to be closest.

(Man) meaning one?? No doubt, 357 mag 6 shots!! I'm a high capacity dude but you narrow it down to ONE!! I'll take that awesome knockdown power of the 357, particularly from 30 feet in!!

Any of the calibers mentioned will stop an attacker if they hit them in the right place. None of them will stop an attacker if they hit them in the wrong place. So I would be happy to use any of them but would want a high-cap ruling out the revolver.

Not in my opinion unless it's a barrel under 4 inches. Then you might be right.
