Contact Sig about it. If they tell you to send it back be sure to send a couple cases with it. Do not take it to a gunsmith! This looks like a warranty problem, not something to tinker with locally.

Talked to Sig this morning and because I am not the original owner they will not honor the warranty! I know a smith here in town but I'm wondering if its a bigger deal than a local smith can fix.

Does not surprise me coming from Sig. I am a Sig trained armorer, but have NEVER owned one. Everyone I have met that works for Sig is an AZZHOLE!!

The sig 250 series has been the leak link in there designs. You may want to try a sig forum for a view from guys that live sig.

That's unusual. I have a Sig P250c and in 40sw but I never had a problem with it after 1500 rounds. The chamber completely surround the casing so there's something flawed with yours.
You said you bought it used my guess is you bought someone's headache.
