Depends where you live. In florida where I live it would go a little like this

Johnny rotten nipple clamp: Hey , wanna buy this?

Me: Ok * digs through pocket for some cash * , here's 400.00

Johnny rotten nipple clamp: Hey cool , enjoy !!

* Shake hands *

transaction completed

Point being check your local regulations

Before I get the idiot stamp I bought it from the friend cause he needs help with medical bills. I have heard the reviews and read some on this firearm and they are not pleasant at all so I might just use it to barter. But he's a trusted friend and says that his family has never had problems with it so I might have a little fun with it before I let it go.

Be careful and never trust this gun they are horrible and dangerous. I'd trade it in on something else pretty quickly.

Main reason is to get it to trade up on.

Treat it as if it had no trigger-block safety, and making sure its pointed in a safe direction...
reason being, the TB safety was liable not to work...pulling the trigger while it is on safe and it may very well go BANG!!

Best bet...use the Israeli method of cocking while pointing at the perp/target...
Draw, aim & rack the slide at the same time, and fire

Here they call it the Modified IMD...but it was the only worthwhile vid I could find

Otherwise I'd just use it as a trade-in at a gun show/gun shop to avoid the Brady wait

Strangely enough, doesn't the firearms law break the NAFTA law??
Technically by using NAFTA that would declare that kind of gun law invalid

Hrm, maybe someone should grab a couple NRA-ILA lawyers and file suit!!
Double benefit, it'd peeve off politicians and get something done at the same time
