I believe it's the .500 S&W Stainless Revolver.

I believe the S&W .500 and the Taurus Raging Bull .500. And they both come in 10" barrels!

Google "Howdah pistol" Some of the percussion ones were 70+ caliber. Just the thing
when a pissed off tiger wants to remove you from the top of your elephant.

Thompson Contender's come in a variety of barrel combinations. The largest I have ever seen fired, live and not on film, was chambered for .45-70 - which is a rifle round...
It looked a little something like this
This Guy makes custom T/C single shots in custom cartridges. Here are some pictures of his works, including a 375JDJ, which is his own wildcat...

My neighbor had a Contender with barrels in 30-30 and 375JDJ. After shooting the 30-30 I passed on the 375!

I could never quite understand the need for them, but they were popular for a long time. I know that spit flame for 30 feet and scare the crap out of anyone standing in the lane next to you, that's for sure... Their drop breech lever action rifle was a sweet design though - I have to give them props on that.
